This should have been posted in gothic forums, you do have the Gothic game? - - - there is a sticky thread "Diccuric needs help" - - the recent post by Moe explains what to do.

i have the game but when i install it nothing changes.
U know i have finished gothic and gothic2 lots of times and in many ways so i just wanted to play sth different.
Is ther a mod for gothic2 not the add on?

Nothing is supposed to change; the game is left as it is. As for the modification, you have to start it through the GothicStarter executable, iirc.

There is few finished until now. But there is quite a few in the proces of being made; some of them big projects...
