I have a few questions regarding the quests for the old camp. First, where is that dude named neck? Second, wut do i have to do to get the guy that works on the rice field in the New Camp to teach me how to be stronger. And lastly, wut is found inside thje castle which could be of some use to me in chapter one?

A) He is in a cave just behind the Old Camp. Go out the back gate and hug the canyon wall to find him.
B) Check out the tavern, specifically, the back room. More specifically, Jerimaha in the back room. 
C) If you up the castle's tower and loot all of the chests, you will never have financial troubles again, and as such, I recommend that you wait until you are in a guild and can legally enter the castle before you swipe every item of value.
