TOEE: Installation Problems

I've bought Toee today, and when installing, got this error message:

Componeet: Default Component
...
...
Error: Unexpected failure

What does this mean? Is there a way to fix it? I can return it, but maybe there's a way...

Hmm.... is this before or after the part of the installation where they ask you to install Direct X 9.0b?

Before. It's in the beginning.

I think it's conflicting with something... try rebooting the computer and using control-alt-delete to bring up the window to close down all other programs running before trying to install it.

I don't think so. I never run anything in the background, except the Explorer, Systray & Internat.(My OS is Windows 98SE)
