help needed for installing black candle mod

When I try to install the Black Candle mod I'm told that the file requires Morrowind ESM and that this has been updated (or something like that) and might cause problems with the game. Is it OK to go ahead and install anyway?

Can you explain whats happening with a little more detail. Im not sure I understand whats happening fully.

Here's an exact copy of the message that comes up:

Morrowind.esm is required for this file to be loaded, and it has been changed more recently than this file. You might experience problems with the game.

Well, it sounds like you've edited morrowind.esm.

1) Get the original (re-install or something).
2) Never select morrowind.esm as the active file. Even if it's the only one.
That way you'll never edit it, and you won't have this problem
