Hey there kriksa,

Yes you can change skins, but there's more than one way, there are several "torso's" broad, medium, etc' - - the easiest way as i do is to use Goman (ive suggested this so many times on these forums iv'e lost count) the textures fit like a skin over the wireframe model (the mesh) just subtitute one with another, same with the heads.
The other way is by changing/editing the code/hexadecimal and there is a thread by Xerxes712 with details how to do it with a text editor.

Mmmm,

Kriksa, goman is only for textures, meshes are different, they are harder to manipulate, they are models, 3D studio max is the program to use but it is not for beginners or "casual" users.
Did you try the vdfs.exe tool? did you locate the old thread "new old knights armour" by Patrax?
If you have no luck with this then maybe you should try a different approach,
There is a thread in G2 forums "tips on followers in G2" by Imposteraz, if you study this method (editing zen files) it may be possible to put in the head mesh etc' that you want, you can see the list references in Goman.

Good luck.
