Do you remember that you pass toLester (in a certain mission) some "papers"
which say (in general words) that from now on he is the legal owner of the mountain fort?Well how in the name of Beliar isn't Lester in his mountain Fort
and sits at that little valley in GothicII? Is everyone at JoWood drinking what Ian gives you after killing the chief beast inside the mine?
****what Ian gives at you?***<------that's a test ,lol

at balconygolf for his stupid questions lmao

Hey there bTb,

You will know that when you talk to Lester in G2, he tells you that he
barely escaped with his life in the explosion of the barrier, so how could
could he be like J.R.Ewing at South Fork, a big rich Dude?

With all the orcs and lizardmen around it's a pretty unfriendly neighborhood. Not to forget that a dragon(i quess, he just didn't care for lesters papers ) moved into the fort.

Lester is also having terrible headaches as he will inform you in Gothic 2. Going near civilization might cause the pain to increase, and since there was no aspirin back then, he might as well try to isolate himself. Besides, he's trying to stay in contact with Xardas.

There are alot of obvious reasons for that, one being when the barrier was destroyed he ran for it, another being when him and Angor go near dragons they get incredible headaches for some reason and another is that the valley of mines is full of orcs and I doubt anyone wants a fort there another is that he doesn't have any men, equipment, weapons, foods and provisions to start up a fort, plus not to mention all the baddies around his fort and the fort also needs to have a general purpose before thinking about using it you cant just make that your fort for no reason or you would be wasting your times. Another is he needs people he can trust which are few and who would want to join him a valley of death? There are mant reasons but here are a few to let you know.
