What is the difference between 2 hand master and being just trained in 2 hand?

You needn't capitalize like that. Being trained is having 1 level in the skill. Being a master is having 2 levels in the skill.

Being a master of 2h sword means attacking more quickly, executing longer combos, being able to use the "quick one-two" forward/side slash combo, and exploiting the range of your 2h weapon much better.
