ever restarted the game with your high level character?
I just pumped my test character (wanted to see if there was a point in multiclassing a sorc and a wizard) to level 19. Then I entered Beggars' Nest. Ouchy... I'm cruising right along and see some zombies. So I fire off my first magic missle... 5 bolts... all hit home... the zombie doesn't fall. Huh? So now I'm all confused. But I also got their attention too. Finally, I clue in... these are not Weak Zombies, these are Warrior Zombies!!! As I finally clued in, this Ghoul Lord comes running from somewhere and brings with him an army of about 20 more Warrior Zombies. Thank god for chain lightning. Seems all these critters are leveled critters. And not just their levels, but their numbers as well. Quite fun. I wonder what end boss characters would be like though (I haven't played my new char that much). _________________ (@) |

Good. No, I haven't tried that yet... but that's the way it works in 3e, too. _________________ Estuans interius, Ira vehementi

I'm pretty sure most encounters that are placed within each modules will always be stronger or weaker based on your level. Anyway they can be setup that way when you make a module, I don't see why Bioware wouldn't have done the same with their own original module _________________ =Proud Father of a new gamer GIRL!=

I think Bioware is learning there game along with everyone else. It does seem as though they are listening to the community to add new fun stuff like hidden doors and trap doors. I did notice in Dark Ranger it increased when I used my lvl 13 cleric/ 5 fighter. _________________ Lost in time searching to find my mind |
