Bugs, Flaws, and other issues

I love the game so far and I am pretty sure already that Morrowind will be added to my short list of all time favorite games: Half-life and Baldur's Gate II.

But, there are some "problems".

Enemy Health - I would really like to understand the design decision there to not provide feedback on enemy damage when fighting. It seems to me this is a flaw. In an open-ended, non-linear game like Morrowind, when I am fighting an enemy, how do I know how overmatched I am? If I give it all I have and I get a "Barely Injured"as feedback then I know I should leave and come back later to try again when I have more experience. If I get them to "nearly Dead", then I may try again a couple of times and if I don't succeed, come back again but do so pretty soon. I can't tell how well matched I am to some of the enemies. I know the creatures are variable depending on your level, but I don't think the "people" enemies are for a given location or dungeon.

Stuck - In the first hour of play I have gotten "stuck" - glued to a bridge and not able to move away no matter what I did. I had to reload from save. This concerns me. Just once so far but VERY aggravating.

Dump to Desktop - I have the latest Nvidia drivers, I was dumped to desktop once in first 3 hours of play during a reload from save.

Clipping - There are several places where I can "see" through solid walls by turning at just the right angle. This is more prevelant than I would like.
