Devil Whisky

Hey. guys! Have anyone herd sth about D&D based CRPG called Devil Whisky? I read some preview… seems very nice! It’s not even CRPG, I would say that it’s simulator of table games AD&D. Well, just wanted to know if someone tested it already…

It's not really modeled after the D&D games. It was modeled after the old Bard's Tale games. If you have ever played the old Bard's Tale games, it will definitely feel very nostalgic.

They also have a demo that you can download. Look under "Goods" in the menu on the site above.

"Nostalgic" was about the best thing I could say for the demo I tried...

And bard's tale, like most CRPG of the time, used a similar probability matrix to D&Ds.

I have to agree. There were quite a few balance issues in the demo. I've heard that some of that has been corrected since then in the full version of the game. There is also a mod being developed (it may be done?) that is like the original Bard's Tale if you would like more nostalgia.
