Hrundi's Mistress quest

Does anyone know what to do at this part in the game?

The guy in the Ald'ruhn fighter's guild told me to talk to Hrundi, and that he has a secret Dunmer mistress that I may need to find for leverage.

Well, Hrundi will only talk about a couple of things, none of which are relevant, and I can't seem to find his mistress anywhere in Sadrith Mora.

Help!

Here's a thought: if this guy has a mistress either wait by his place to see if she shows up or follow him if he goes anywhere and see if he visits her. I haven't really started the game, so I can't say I have a clue otherwise.

He is the leader of the Fighter's Guild in Sarith Mora. As far as I can tell, he never leaves the guild.
