how is the method of pickpocketing?

i've learned it, my dex is 30,but how can i pickpocketing?what shoud i do?

After you learn pick pocketing, when you talk to some people (not all), you should have a line in the dialog that says something like:

"it would be child's play to steal his purse."

When you click on this it gives the option to pickpocket.
