I've looked, but musta looked in the wrong places.

Where can one find a pair??

There are no Glass gloves that I am aware of, only bracers.
Bracers/gloves/gauntlets all fill the same slot.
If you need the bracers try Ghostgate or the telvanni vaults (at least I think it's telvanni) in Vivec.
