I've killed Scar at the old camp for his crossbow.Does it changes something in the game?

You where lucky you killed Scar.

He is one of the few NPC's that arent critical for experience awarding quests...

Keep the lesson - DO NOT KILL! You can beat ANYONE unconcius, but DO NOT KILL!
