Hello,
We're palnning to raise a server and run a PvP session soon on NWN mod. But I'm somewhat short on ideas at the moment of some statquests, i.e. given by NPC to send the players on. Could you please help me with that?
A few words about the world - it's a low magic world.
There are three factions: Legion, Order of Temple and Brotherhood of Wizards.
Races: Human, Elf, Halfing
Classes: Rogue, Fighter, Cleric, Wizard, Barbarian, Sorcerer, Ranger.
Start level 1 or 2
Max level 20. |

Being a low magic world generates a ton of possible quests:
type 1 - Wizard needs magical XXX to power spells. Can only be found in YYY. XXX could be herb, YYY could be dragon lairs, or troll nests.
Type 2 - Hunt down suspected magic user.
Type 3 - Since magical items are rare hunts for them would be very rewarding ... and also generate some inter party tension. I mean if there is only one +4 sword in the entire world .....
Type 3a - Do research to find out possible locations of said items. Quest could be to find the book the refers a lost tablet the describes where to find the 'breast plate of invicibility' or what ever.
Type 4 - Politics! Always good for quest. Everything from 'take out an opposing merchants caravan' to 'We gotta embarrass the town next door by beating them at the summer games' to 'assasinate opposing leader'
Anyway there are some quick ideas off the top of my head.

Welcome to the dot, I don't have any better ideas then Lintra just offered but if your mod is ever available at the NWN forums for download we can always load it on our server and run if as well, Let me know.

Quest - Halfling-specific: Join the tribe of Halfling Barbarians in the woods and raid the villages of the Big Folk. They won't be looking down on us when they cower in fear!

You'd have a blast with the Talenta Halflings of Eberron. Halflings. Tall grass. Velociraptor mounts. Nuff said. 
Low magic games are fun. THe simplest of quests (go here, vanquish this) is made much more difficult without holy frostreaping sunblades of vorpal dancing hanging about.
Try putting in a quest to kill a monster... that they can only beat the damage reduction on with half their hits or less. They'll hate you for it (but not if you have the creature drop a weapon that can affect others of its type).

Velociraptor mounts? I am... intrigued.... Perhaps I should take a closer look at the Eberron setting.
