If you mean the forged papers in ch.1, they can be found in the beggar's district, south-eastern corner of the map. There's a wagon shop or something similar in there, the papers are inside that house.

THose are the ones. While Tomi is very useful, I'm going to ditch him for a while in Chapter 2, so I'd like to finish his quest. |

I hated Tomi... all he is good for is unlocking doors. well, Sharwyn can do that, and so can Grimgnaw. Grimgnaw has cold damage, so NOTHING can resist that. it takes time, but grimgnaw can take down ANY door.(That i have seen so far. and chests too!) and he is an EXCELLENT fighter. just my 2 cents.
