HINT: If you can't find a place to rest, lower the difficulty level. It worked for me, when i was tired and tired of looking for a safe haven(doesn't always help that an area is pure clean). When you wake up just reset your difficulty level.

And for me(Druid), the boss was a pathetic enemy.

Though my character was a ridiculous "paladin-monk-wizard" , but the boss was very easy , if you have at least a level in an arcane spellcasting or high use magic item skill, use the "stop time"(sorry,maybe not the right name, but it works so) spell...
