Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Developer Retrospective Thread @ S

The folks at Shack News have started a thread for users to post their first impressions of Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. Here is a snippet from the top post in the thread written by "speon" a developer of ESIV:
I am immensely proud of the work we've accomplished with this game. There are, of course, still areas of my work that I wish I had done better, and there probably always will be. No one is as tough on myself and my work as I am. That said, no game is ever perfect, just as in life. That never seems to take the edge off though, does it? I don't think I'll ever stop striving for perfection, no matter how unobtainable it is.
Read the rest of the post and the subsequent replies here.

Two questions for series fans:

Is it possible to decently aim ranged weapons and spells in 3rd person perspective?

Is there any camera control in 3rd person, or does it just follow behind you?
