Where the heck can I train strength for a mage in chapter 5?

Ive looked in both the sect and new camp and talked to everyone. Diego is gone afaik and I cant see lares and lee doesnt train me in strength. So where do I go to get strength?

Find Diego. He's not gone, he should be standing outside the entrance of the Old Camp which leads to the Sect Camp. The only 4 places Diego is ever at in the game are:
1) Where you start the game.
2) In the Old Camp, near his hut.
3) Near the troll, where you are supposed to find a focus stone(he helps you)
4) Outside the Old Camp. He and Milten is standing near one entrance each, looking out for people, and warning them about not getting too close to the camp. Diego will be standing here for the rest of the game.
