at first i thought i was seeing double but my 2-h skill is 101% i trained my skill up to 96% and then read the boosting book that lutero sells btw im playng the addon

trained it up to 100 and then used the book to get 105%
But I figured it was a waste of points so I reloaded and trained it to 95 and used the book to get to a 100. Don't think it does any good to have it above 100 =) |

Beyond 100 for melee combat skill is a waste. already at 100% chance to critical hit.
For a very few NPC (I need to verify this in game.dat file code) some NPC needs over 100 in Dexterity to pickpocket them. the value is shown in hex, I have not came across one yet...it was only rumored.
Bow and crossbow skill beyond 100 'may' increase accuracy at distance to hit target.

yeah that pays off dex and strengt arethe bonus you get on top of your weapons damage when you do a critical hit. for example with a bow accuracy of 100% you always do a critical hit if oyu're bowdamage is 65 your total damage is 65 + total of dex (trained to 100 max and then raised with potions of dexterity) i think you can get up to 200 dex or so when using al the potions of dex and goblin berries to make these potions.
i believe oyu can find 11 kings sorrel on map and buy some more dont know how much though with dex 200 and bowdamage 100 you should do 300 damage a shot  dunno if u can penetrate a dragon's hide with it but its worth a try
