I was just wondering if anyone has tried to join with the "Dark Side" yet. I've thought about it but it sure is a long way up that mountain and im really lazy so.... |

It didn't really seem like it was possible. He seems to have changed his mind once you have gotten all the junk to slay him and gone out of the way to unite the whole island to stand behind you as their champion to slay him for some reason, someone should make a mod to join him  |

I have tried several differant ways even before i had all the items i also tried before i started the main plot quests. Then at the end i have even answered all his questions with differant answers and still was never given the option to side with him.Which is really odd because vivic states that you can even pretend to join him and rise through the ranks trick him and later kill him.  So what gives??? |

Do you get a differnt item when you kill him depending on what you answered to his question? I got some lame ass ring, no verry fitting for a gift from god... |

The ring with Sta regenerations and constant Night-eye?? Sorry but that is not even close to being lame, this is the "FIX" for the Boots of blinding speed. |

ok, has anyone tried this, just don't follow the main quest at all:
kill vivec, take the unique dwerwen artifact on his body (after trapping his soul in the star of azura ) this is wraithguard, go to tel fy, down to the corprunarium (sp) into the bowels and show this artifact to the mechanized last dwarf, he will tell you it's the fabled wraithguard and he needs the 2 books from keurgorac (sp) the dwarven archmage to fix it for you, then you can probably put it on go get keenig and the hammer and go wack dagoth ur, so this dwarf is basically the only person you shouldn't kill in the whole games and oyu never even need to be part of the blades.
Has anyone tried this to see if you get any other options? If not it's high time I try it now just out of curiousity  |

maybe you even get the option not to kill dagoth ur with this approach, I'll go super powerlevel my char or something and see what happens |
