| I'm lucky to have 1 or 2 healing potions on me at any given moment. Might have something to do with me hating the oblivion planes, but still, it sounds a bit beugged to me to have so much! |

Pretty useless andswer maybe, but check for a cellar or a third floor, I didn't do the quest but experienced the same when looking for people inside houses.
