i've killed the final guy off and I can't get the ending cinematics to start. Does he hide or is there something I'm not seeing that I need to do? I go in with a bunch of scorpion traps for his cron ...

I've found the silver breastplate but don't know where to find the rest/how to empower it... Anyone know? My walkthrough doesn't even mention the silver armor...
