I found it. You have to take a running start before jumping in the boat. I was walking up and trying to enter. Then I jumped from a stand still and couldn't get it to workl

| You can do this anywhere where you can get the right positio behind someone in the game. I usually up my sneak points on the stairs inside the pawnbroker shop in Belmora. |

| Using lessor soul gems and soul capturing is an easy way for cash for a non thief. The only soul gems to save are the grand which are harder to come buy and are the best for enchanting. |
