Ive got a lot of gemstones, diamonds, emeralds and such... what do i do with them.. where can i sell them. i tried selling them at the bank but that doesnt work.. Can anyone help ?

I manged to open the secret door but the rune is on the other platform and there is no doorway going there.. what do i do.. do i jump and get it.. I tried that but that didnt work. Can anyone tell me ...
