Do NOT wait to play G2 with the addon. Maybe you should refrain from playing G2 through 3 times (once in each camp) but ... |

The "easiest" way to do it as a fighter is just keep attacking his ass. Trolls turn very slowly so you can get in 2-3 hits before strafing around.
