Go right to the first oen and hit it 2 times with the weapon.next one..next one and so forth..

1. Soul Gems are LEVELED LOOT. You don't get them until higher levels.
2. Only if you mod it. You only need to make someone that sells spells learn that spell with the CS.

You know, I bet she had IMMUNITY TO NORMAL WEAPONS.
WHen she was "falling back" it was because she had no more fatigue so she would fall back but still take no damage. Just use some magic on her  |
