I've heard that you can find/get/buy 24 kingsorrels.And you can find 14 in new world and 1 in old world, you can buy the rest or get as a reward for a quest.

I have already done the 3 quest to get the key for the thieves guild, but i dont get the line about atilla when i talk to kardif?

Edit: btw, this guy from stolen money is not in jail.
