In the Goblin prison were the goblin lord is sleeping, right outside his door across the hall is a hidden button but it doesnt seem to work. Anyone found a solution?

Doing the Troll Idol quest and i mistakenly poisoned the dough instead of pouring wine on it, now it wont let me put the wine on the dough. Any suggestions?
