It means you do not regain mana by sleeping. The corresponding sign though allows your character to regain mana by absorbing spells of others.

Birthsign of "The Atronach" has the advantage "Fortify Maximum Magicka 2.0 x Intelligence"
But it has the disadvantage "Stunted Magicka", what does this mean? difficult to increase magic skills or so ... |

RPGDot says: the same effect as major or minor skills, i.e. divide increase of skills by 2.
Which one is correct? or both are correct because the latter means versio ... |
