I tried. And I tried to disable the sound card too. But it did not work. Surely it is an issue related to the sound card.

Unfortunately my sound card driver are the last ones Sound Balster released. I palyede everal games but this is the first game (demo) not starting

Hi you all.
When I start Gothic 2 demo, the screen becomes black, then appears this error message:

"C:zmusic_DM.cpp(zMusicSYS_DirectMusic:Init()) Failed to create perrformance object!"

Any id ...
