Do you miss anything if you play at novice level?

Are the other levels (except novice) equal regarding the rewards (xpoints-items etc).

I played the demo. But I hate games in DVD cases with pdf manuals. Does Wiz8 contains full manual . Is the manual useful? Or just repeats info already provided by right clicking on interface spots? Ho ...

(By adding the bard, you get a camping bonus so that, when you are forced to rest, you bounce back quicker)

Is that really useful? I mean what is the difference between quicker camping & normal cam ...
