I have via a special quest a sweet soul gem worth 5000 unused.

That 5000 as compared to the golden ones which are worth 200 unused.

So its a good piece... I happened to trap a winged Twilight ...

you need a soul gem that can take 400 charges...and those aren't easy to find =) there is 2 i heard of in the entire game!
