Ahhh...black. Finished the game and yes, I had already used the dragon egg on the sword.

Kudos to the developers/programmers/designers of Arx for a game that captured my attention like no other sin ...

Thanks for the response but the point is moot now. I found enough respawns to level and get my casting past 50 which allowed me to dispell the fields. Strangely enough I still couldn't use a scroll to ...

I'm near the end of the game and because I don't have a high enough casting (mine is 48 with 2 10% rings) I can't dispell the magic fields in the crypt or the one at the Ylside Bunker entrance. I also ...
