I think Orc's in Gothic II are much more easy to beat.
In gothic II you can just swing you 1 handed sword from left to right and back and you didn't ever have to parry. This works on all orc's.

Also, check your character screen, if the skill aren't listed you have a problem. If they are listed you really have a problem.  |

| As far as I know there is no acrobatics in Gothic II. Unless you're playing it with the add-on and I don't know wether the expansion includes that skill. |
