Well, it IS slow - but it works like a charm
(tested all options at min and max and I had only one freeze while starting a new game... but this might be the result of too much load on ... |

If you are talking about Gothic I (since this is a Gothic I related forum...) there is no way.
In Gothic II you can set zDontSwitchToThirdPerson=1 in the Gothic.ini |

The translation pack also works on add-on version 2.5
Even if it works - 2.6 includes some major engine fixes, e.g. more reliable savegames.

You wont be able to train acrobatics as such, it comes as a bonus.

You automatically learn Acrobatics if your Dexterity is high enough (90 IIRC).
