Piranna Bytes employee's said these requirements are for max details. Gothic 3 can run on a 512 MB Ram with DirectX8 card (Geforce 3 or more).

There is always a third way when we mention about memories and RAMs can be very annoying. I recommend you to change your RAMs with Kingston or other well known manufacturers.
