Well I reinstalled the game on a defragmented HD and no change. 10-15 FPS in the worst parts of the city, of which there are many, and I find this unacceptable playing really. I'd like to know what tw ...

Well I don't think my machine is at fault as it's pretty clean, fully defragmented etc. I will try reinstalling the game today if that is what you suggest, but unless you see me making a triumphant po ...

The game is running an out of date engine and runs like shit. It should be 600% faster than it is, we gotta face it won't ever run well, and the devs have said they're not bothered about making it run ...

Don't expect to be able to play in the city smoothly even on the best hardware available. It's not possible to get above 15FPS in some parts unless you bring view distance down to 100% or less (I have ...

I have the same problem on a 3ghz P4. The unsatisfatory answer I have got from the technical crew of G2 is that the game was never meant to be run in the city at 300% and no matter your hardware, you ...

Ok not only do I get jerky framerates in the city, the camera seems to go a little wierd when these low framerate areas occur. When I walk, the camera 'jerks' with the character's running pace, and ti ...

G1 is completely smooth at full settings, at any res. My Bios is tuned as much as I can I think - AGP apature was at 64, now at 256, no or little difference in G2 performance. I'm using Windows XP.

There is definately something wierd going on here. First of all, cloud shadows are ALWAYS off when I load up the game - I have to go into the options menu, into the extended configuration (where clou ...
