you may copy that file into every Gothic 2 folder, so the loader must find it. its a very annoying way to fix it but it should work

I don't have access to any computer, but the problem seems to be that installation stops on file named stats_menu.d. any ideas how to fix that

possible, but I didn't find the file on cd, so i guess that the file has gone missing form the cd (but no visual damage on the cd)

the translation should make a back up file, so copy everything from the back up file to the original files
