Yes, the game does drag on a bit at that point. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe you may be able to kill any of the golems with any weapons as long as you get a critical.

| Another good reason to join the old camp is that you get to learn crossbows earlier. But other than that, and what everyone else has mentioned, there's not really anything special about it. |

| Just beat him down for it! It may take a while, but it's worth it. His sword is the best one-handed weapon in the game, and his crossbow is the best erm...crossbow in the game. |

Yes, but you have to wait until later in the game. I think it's the sixth chapter, but I could be mistaken. |

wow, My clock says 21 hours and 15 mins and I'm level two and have finshed two quests. Maybe if the developers didn't make it next to impossiable to earn ore I could get somewhere.
