Suran is directly east of Pelagiad. It's right on the coast.
However, if you're not at a decent level, I really wouldn't recommend taking him on. Unless you want to cheat, of course. |

You get at least a 20 point boost in all stats. Depending on the bloodline you're a part of, you can get up to a 30 point boost in some stats.

| This is probably the most amazing game I've ever played. Ever. I've played a TON of games since I started playing (I was 6...now I'm 21) and Morrowind is the most immersive game I've ever played. |

Edit the INI file in your Morrowind folder to say Screen Shot Enable=1
