You can get Bound Gloves in Mages Guilds, most of times.

I think you have to complete all the quests for the Tribunal Temple, I can't really remember. But you get the (unique) Ebony Mail from them, that's all I know. For now, anyway. I'm still trying. |

Eh, the fog is too much for you to get much benefit out of most of skydiving. Scrolls of Icarian flight are MUCH more fun, especially since you get that effect, plus you are actually traveling. |
