you also can set the viewing distance to infinite if you use the zfogzone cheat (just enter in in the cheat console). but then you'll really need an uber PC  |

| lol? they really mislabeled the CDs? i can still remember all the lamers complaining they can't find the the 3rd installation CD (where the play CD was meant), so how will this end? |

| i guess it just turned out, thst a port of G1/2 is to complicated. since the original engine is much too bad for a console game (especially regarding bugs and stability - it would never pass the Q&A) ... |

G1 was once announced for GC (and maybe other systems), but obviously it was dropped.
PB said that G2 won't be released for a console. |

but you can also switch to first person view. afaik it switches back to third person in fights, but maybe you can change this in the .ini (but i never tried playing first person  ) |

G2 has weak points, things that could be better, things that we've seen already years ago in other games...
