Lares will teach you up to 30 dex.I will tell you again militia aren't worth to bother with.If you join Merc Torlof can teach you how to raise up to 90.  |

| In chapter 1 if you decide to join the New Camp if you are in lvl 11 you can go to Lee and ask him if you are ready yet he will make you a mercenary and he will give you the light armor. |
