hmm thanks...sorry for delay..but how do you start the quest...do u start when you find the letter on the bandits or before or you just stumble upon it..thats my main question =/

how can i acquire this artefact?...already at chapter 3 and did all of add on island using new weapon...but cant find that item...also how does one start the weapon dealing quest with martin i tried a ...
