| Your dex level is always added to the basic damage value. So if you have a 60 damage xbow (str requirement doesn't matter) and 60 dex, you'll do 120 damage . |

| LP is harder to get in NOTR but there are more items that build mana. I got my mage up to 250 mana with no training at all, just tablets, rings, amulet, potions, etc. You need over 200LP for spells ... |

| I think level 12-13 is good for going into Chapter 2. At level 10, you'll be throwing away good xp opportunities which will be important later. I went into ch2 at level9 in one game and regretted it. ... |

| Yes, in NOTR, you can have a good bow only character (at least after ch1). By ch4 you can get to 160 dex and carry a 160 dmg bow which will allow you to kill skeletons and orcs with 2 arrows. |

| Constantino will teach you the elixer of strength but you have to know the low level healing recipe first. He won't teach you if you don't know any alchemy. |

| Except that it has a very low str requirement and a high reach. It's the the best 2H available until you have over 100 str as far as I can see. |
