Sounds like Somebody didn't understand the question.

I give him a spellbook and he has smoe spell in it but all of them are red He can only cast the spells that non-mages could do too. so ...

OK I am now in Glacern. I have about 14000 money. I found 2 guys in Inn. One of them is a mage with quite high level (9), but when i recruit him, he cant do any usefull spells...only the simple ones.. ...
