I personally think that this is the illogical part of the game..
Being the ARchMage with a 100 enchant skill ( which was described had reached maximum profeciency...) it is very HARD to make a consta ...

i want to up level my enchantment to 100 then get some constant effect of resist magica items....i read it is difficult to get constant effect by your own?? why??
