noob question, but after readin this entire thread i can't still figure out what exactly this mod is. What is it?

I have a128 MEG RADEON 9800 PRO, so I'm quite confident my gfx card can easily manage over 300%
On 300% with max details, 16AF, 6AA I get over 30fps constantly.
So HOW do you increase the view ... |
