does it matter where i learn the magic cerciles??
for example if im learning them in the sect camp can i buy and use runes in the old camp from the magicians of fire (the red runes for exaple)??? |

the door is in the old camp where stone and that other guy(forgot his name) that sells u weapons

the damage that's writen in the weapon info dosent changhe and i read that +1 strenght means +1 damage |
